Welcome Influencers!

We are so excited that you have decided to join Romancing the Midwest. As an influencer you will be an integral part in the success of RTM.

Please review the requirements below and fill out the form. If you have decided to add on a Saturday Mingle event or an additional ticket to the Friday mingle event, you will receive an invoice shortly. Invoices must be paid with in 60 days. Payment plans can be arranged. If you require this, please note this in the comments of the form.


As an official influencer team member you agree to:

Join the Instagram Influencer group chat

Bring questions or concerns the “Lead Influencer” (TBA)

Attending all events on Friday and Saturday 

Three monthly promotional posts/stories/reels/TikToks leading up to the event date

  • This includes tagging RTM and posting in the group chat for tracking purposes

  • Captions much include that you are a gifted partner of RTM (you are receiving free entry in exchange for assisting in hyping the event)

  • If you include a link to ticket sales, you must also say that this is an RTM partner link. You can clarify that you do not earn commissions if you would like.

Live-streaming, videos, posts of the actual events (Friday + Saturday)

Sharing our "Speaker and Evening Event Level" sponsors on social media prior to and during the event

Potential participation in Moderate panels 

Benefits:

*Any influencers who do not fulfill their obligations will not have access to the event or be invited back for future events*
